I have been a licensed Realtor in Washington since 1989.  I believe that it's my calm approach, honesty and the attention to detail that enabled me to become a top producer from the very beginning of my Real Estate career. 

I have been a consistent multi-million-dollar producer at John L. Scott, Vancouver WA since 1995 and enjoy instructing new & experienced agents wanting to learn more about sales & the land and development process.

Working primarily in Clark & Skamania Counties, I enjoy providing my home & vacant land buyers and sellers with the most current information and excellent service. Listening to the needs of my clients and accommodating them is my goal.

Expertise

My real specialty has always been "the client" more than the property type.  My primary goal is to fix the buyer's or seller's problems first be it a single-family home or estate sales or purchase or the sale of an entire subdivision of lots.

Many of my collogues call me "the dirt guy" because of my long-term involvement in vacant land sales from single building lots to large development parcels. Having been involved with the acquisition and planning of numerous urban and rural subdivision projects through the years I have established many excellent long term working relationships with top quality professionals including Lenders, Private Investors, Real Estate Attorneys, Surveyors, Well Drillers, Septic Consultants, Engineers, Excavators, Timber Cruisers, Tax Consultants, Financial Planners, Appraisers, City & County community development personnel and more.

My experience with the entire home construction process from lot choice & acquisition to finished home gains buyer confidence and allows me to help the buyer plan and make sound choices resulting in a very satisfied new homeowner.

I am always eager to help and advise other Realtors with the many requests for information I receive that include solving problems, saving a troubled transaction, current value & pricing opinions, marketing tips or professional referrals.  I credit this interaction with the industry for the fact that other Realtors always look forward to another transaction with me and my Buyer or Seller client.
